Valerie Doyle

Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

It takes courage and strength to embrace healing, to create change, to experience deeper intimacy and to grow personally and spiritually. I believe that people are uniquely equipped in what they need to create both the life and relationships they want. In collaboration with you, we will work together to resolve any roadblocks and develop the tools to create both the life and relationships you desire. A quality that defines my practice is the ability to help people feel accepted and able to open up to share and explore what is on their heart and mind.

Karena Montag

Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, MFT

I have extensive experience as a therapist working with individuals, couples & families. I communicate genuine care & respect, empathy & non-judgment which creates an environment of safety & understanding, while a belief in goal-oriented therapy promotes positive shifts & sustainable changes. My clinical orientation is informed by psychodynamic, narrative & family systems theories.

I am particularly drawn to work involving diversity & identity, relationship & inter-generational patterns & restorative practices. I have long worked with trauma, depression / anxiety & parenting & have extensive experience in diverse clinical settings, including school-based, community mental health & adolescent residential treatment in addition to my private practice with adolescents & adults.

I believe deeply in the importance of relationship - with self, with friends, family & partners - and that they influence and inform one's quality of life.
